Discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct prevention training

The goal of this training is to assist WSU in maintaining a safe and respectful working and learning environment.

It describes different types of discrimination and harassment, including prohibited personal behaviors; identifies key WSU Executive Policies addressing these topics; and provides links to specific offices and resources available to help in cases of alleged discrimination, harassment and misconduct. Employee and supervisor responsibilities when misconduct is reported or observed are highlighted.

This training is offered from 9 – 10:30 a.m. Feb. 15 in the French Administration Building, Room 139. This course is also available via videoconferenece.

Reusable containers a hit with students and the environment

Since the service was implemented, the reusable containers program has saved almost 65,000 single-use containers and over 6,000 pounds of waste from the landfill, nearly 42,000 gallons of water, and over 43,000 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions.
