PULLMAN, Wash. – A one-day symposium celebrating scientific accomplishments of renowned WSU scholar Jaak Panksepp will be held 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in CUE Room 302, at WSU Pullman.
Panksepp, who died in April 2017, is known worldwide as the father of “Affective Neuroscience,” a field of study that examines the neurobiological basis of emotions. The focus of the symposium will be on the science and its application, as Jaak would have wanted it to be.
