AFW Graduate Student Awards

The Association for Faculty Women is still accepting nominations for the AFW Graduate Students Awards: The AFW Founders’ Award is available to Masters students graduating in Fall 2017, or Spring or Summer 2018. The Harriet B. Rigas Award is available to PhD students graduating in Fall 2017, or Spring or Summer 2018The Karen DePauw Leadership Award (co-sponsored by the Graduate School) is available to PhD candidates in good standing who have successfully passed preliminary examination and have a GPA of at least 3.5. Both men and women are eligible and can be nominated. Self-nominations are accepted. Awards include a stipend.Deadline for nomination is 5 p.m., February 27.
