Stellar meditation at WSU Planetarium

Wednesdays at 12:15 – 12:45 p.m. Guided meditation and seated yoga under the starry dome.

Stellar meditation explores themes of mindfulness, stress reduction, and intentionality focused on the academic lifestyle. Led by Jordan Wrigley,  stellar meditation requires no previous training and is open to all interested individuals. Practices take place while seated and looking upwards into the Planetarium dome.

Participants may props to ensure comfort such as warm socks, a small blanket, or a pillow. $3 suggested donation to cover operating expenses.

The WSU Planetarium is in room 231 Sloan Hall.
